This is planned as an indoor event at the facility of
Northeast Cobb YMCA
3010 Johnson Ferry Road
Marietta, Georgia 30062

  • Players should wear or bring:
     

  • Baseball jersey or similar, short sleeved

  • Baseball pants (preferred)/sports shorts (no jeans)

  • Batting Gloves to prevent blistering (important)

  • Batting Helmet (use is Mandatory)

  • Tennis Shoes for Indoor Hitting (Mandatory indoors)

  • Sports socks sufficient to prevent blisters

  • Water or Gatorade/PowerAde & Small Snacks

  • Players are urged to bring their bat bags with all the things they need.

    Please remember that VSI Baseball, Coach Peavy & Northeast Cobb YMCA cannot be responsible for lost or missing items, although everything practical will be done to organize & prevent such an occurrence.

From I-75
Take Exit 263 and go east
Continue to the exit ramp for Roswell Road (Hwy 120) Exit & turn right.
Continue on Roswell Road for approximately 5 miles.
Turn left at the big intersection onto Johnson Ferry Road
Continue north on Johnson Ferry Road for 3.5 miles
Northeast Cobb YMCA will be on your right, next door to Wal-Mart

From the Roswell Area
Go west on Hwy 120
(Upper Roswell Road at the Square)
Turn right on Johnson Ferry Road
Continue north on Johnson Ferry Road for 3.5 miles

From Sandy Plains
Harrison Park

Go east on Shallowford until you hit Johnson Ferry Road. Turn right (south) approx 1/4 mile, turn left at light at Wal-Mart and right into YMCA lot.
