    • should probably choose the 8 Hr. Starter Lessons until we know they will be using the Video Pitching Sessions
  3. Experienced but Still Learning Athletes
    • should choose the 12 Plus 6, where we will focus on mechanics first and then we will add Video Pitching Sessions in 50% of the lessons.
  4. Advanced Athletes
    • should choose the Double Dozen, where we work half the lesson on mechanics and half the lesson in Video Pitching Sessions.
  5. For Best Assessment of Experienced Athletes
    • choose the Double Dozen Plus 2 HS Video, where we will use High Speed Video to more accurately assess faster athletes and show them clearly what they are doing and what they need to be doing better.
